國內交換生 Domestic Student Exchange

為了促進國內校際合作，共享教學資源與提供學生多元學習機會，本校分別與 國立清華大學、 國立成功大學、 國立澎湖科技大學及 臺灣國立大學系統 （內含15所學校）等校簽訂學生交流協議。 雙方互相提供學生短期、非學位的學習機會，學生前往姊妹校研修一學期或一學年，其身分等同該校學生，所修學分可互相採認，以提供兩校學生實質的交流機會與擴展視野。

To promote inter-university cooperation in Taiwan, share educational resources, and provide students with diverse learning opportunities, National United University has entered into student exchange agreements with National Tsing Hua University, National Cheng Kung University, National Penghu University of Science and Technology, and the National University System of Taiwan (NUST) (comprising 15 member universities). These agreements provide students with short-term, non-degree study opportunities. Students may study at a partner university for one semester or one academic year and enjoy student status at the host university. Credits earned may be recognized by the home university, providing students with meaningful opportunities for academic exchange and broader learning experiences.

每年3月至4月上旬、與9月至10月上旬開放受理申請次學年度之國內交換學習；申請選讀期間分為上學期、下學期或整學年。
Applications for domestic exchange study in the following academic year are accepted annually from March to early April and from September to early October. Students may apply for the first semester, second semester, or the entire academic year.

2. 臺灣國立大學系統
2. National University System of Taiwan (NUST)

每年3月至4月上旬開放受理申請次學年度之國內交換學習；申請選讀期間分為上學期、下學期或整學年。
Applications for domestic exchange study in the following academic year are accepted annually from March to early April. Students may apply for the first semester, second semester, or the entire academic year.

3. 國立成功大學
3. National Cheng Kung University

每年3月至4月上旬開放受理申請次學年度之國內交換學習；申請選讀期間為整學年。
Applications for domestic exchange study in the following academic year are accepted annually from March to early April. The exchange period is one full academic year.

＊ 申請資格：
＊ Eligibility:

本校日間部在校學生修業至少滿一年。
Applicants must be currently enrolled students in a daytime degree program at National United University and must have completed at least one year of study.

＊ 申請應備妥文件（ 國立清華大學、 國立成功大學、 國立澎湖科技大學）：
＊ Required Application Documents (National Tsing Hua University, National Cheng Kung University, and National Penghu University of Science and Technology):

1. 國內交換學生甄選申請表

2. 歷年成績單正本（含班排名）乙份
2. One official academic transcript, including class ranking

3. 交換學生修課計畫書乙份
3. One Exchange Student Study Plan

4. 推薦信1封（無限定格式）
4. One letter of recommendation (no prescribed format)

5. 家長（監護人）同意書
5. Parent/Guardian Consent Form

6. 其他足資證明申請者優異之相關資料（如作品檔案或參賽獲獎證明等，無則免附）。
6. Other supporting documents demonstrating the applicant's achievements, such as portfolios or certificates of awards (optional).

＊ 審查程序：
＊ Review Procedure:

本校系所初審 → 本校複審 → 申請交換學校系所審查 → 申請交換學校來文同意 → 函轉國內交換生赴該校交換修讀 → 返校後持交換學校成績單辦理成績抵免。
Preliminary review by the student's department at NUU → University-level review by NUU → Review by the department at the host university → Official approval from the host university → Official notification authorizing the student to study at the host university → Upon returning to NUU, the student submits the host university transcript to apply for credit transfer.

＊ 注意事項：
＊ Important Notes:

學生於交換學習期間仍應辦理本校註冊手續並繳交全額學雜費、使用費及代辦費（含學生平安保險費），合作學校不再收取交換學生學雜費。但若繳費事宜於合作協議書中另有規定者，從其規定。
During the exchange period, students must remain registered at National United University and pay all required tuition and miscellaneous fees, facility fees, and administrative fees, including student accident insurance. The host university will not charge additional tuition or miscellaneous fees to exchange students unless otherwise stipulated in the applicable exchange agreement.
